Tracy is a Registered Social Worker with 30 years of experience in the health and social services sectors. As the Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS), Saskatchewan Health Authority, she is responsible for operations of several programs, including the Irene and Leslie Dubé Centre for Mental Health, Calder Centre, the Brief & Social Detox Unit and MHAS Outpatient Services.  She was also a sessional lecturer with the Faculty of Social Work, U of R, for 13 years.

Tracy is the co-Chair for the 2017 and 2018 Nutrien Saskatoon Community Foundation Cultural Gala. She has served her community on a variety of Community Councils and boards including the Saskatchewan Intercultural Association, and a founding Coordinator for the Newcomer Information Centre. She is also a board member with Saskatoon Open Door Society, Governance Board of St Peter’s College in Muenster, SK., and the newsletter editor with the Canadian Federation University Women.

Tracy received the Badge Award from Saskatoon Police Services in 2017, the Chief of Police Award for Community Service in 2014, recognition for Distinguished Service in 2015 from the Saskatchewan Psychiatric Association and a Distinguished Service Award from the Canadian Association of Social Workers-Saskatchewan in 2005.
