Bob and Marjorie have three children, Rodney, Lisa, and Danielle. Bob continued his career in Operations and Corporate Financial Planning with Canadian National until retirement in December 1989. In January 1990, Bob was tired of retirement, so he accepted a teaching position in the Engineering Technologies program at CEGEP John Abbott and continued until his second retirement in 1996. The Skene-Isaac Family Fund, a Donor Advised Fund, was established to assist people in serious situations and spur friends and family to contribute to worthwhile endeavors.
