Vital Signs 2021 focuses on Saskatoon emerging from COVID-19 to work together for a vibrant, healthy and just community. The data focuses primarily on wellness, equity and recovery, highlighting lessons we have learned during this challenging time for our community and world alike.

Vital Signs presents a snapshot of data at a glance about Saskatoon.
There are many lenses through which we can view community vitality. Many factors, such as work, education, environment, and culture, influence quality of life for each of us. All of our individual views add facets to a collective vision of Saskatoon’s future. The diversity of our views is itself an important factor in Saskatoon’s vitality, as is the extent to which we feel we belong and have opportunities to contribute.

The Saskatoon Community Foundation is very proud to present Vital Signs 2015!
This report marks the Saskatoon launch of what is already a Canada-wide program created by Community Foundations of Canada. As the name implies, Vital Signs gathers many vital statistics of a community into one big picture that can help us to understand our community and to take action to help improve its overall “health.”
