Joanne McGrath
Director of Philanthropy
Joanne McGrath is the Director of Philanthropy at the Saskatoon Community Foundation. She leads strategies for major gifts, legacy giving, donor-advised funds, and long-term donor relationships, ensuring donor intent is honoured while supporting the evolving needs of the community.
Since joining the Foundation in 2022, Joanne has expanded advisor partnerships, strengthened stewardship with fundholders, and grown engagement opportunities through education and outreach. She is also a co-founder of Women in Wealth, a network empowering female financial and estate professionals to collaborate and lead in philanthropy.
Originally from the UK and now proud to call Saskatoon home, Joanne approaches her work with gratitude, connection, and care. She is passionate about community well-being and believes philanthropy is rooted in compassion and shared purpose.
