About the Role:

The Executive Assistant is a crucial role that seamlessly blends office management with executive and governance support. You will keep the office running smoothly and provide high-level assistance to the CEO and the leadership team. As the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help improve organizational efficiency and maintain effective governance.

Good Fit:

You are passionate about making a positive impact in Saskatoon. You are a proactive, positive, detail-driven professional with over 3 years of experience in office management and executive support, preferably in the not-for-profit sector. To provide executive support, you are skilled in office technology, excel at streamlining workflow, have high attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities. Thriving in a dynamic, agile small office is a great fit for you!
