2019 Annual Report

Grounded in our community, the Saskatoon Community Foundation faces every year with renewed strength and growing connections to the people and the land. In 2019, we honoured Mother Earth at our annual gala, celebrating the riches she provides within our community and helping individuals, families and businesses alike demonstrate their gratitude through meaningful, lasting gifts.

2018 Annual Report

This past year, that spark became a flame. In 2018, we announced the first grants from the Community Fund for Reconciliation and focused many of the Quality of Life grants on reconciliation (56%) and inclusion (12%). We also enhanced the role of the Youth Advisory Council, initiating partnerships with schools to engage and include more youth and grant more funds in the future.

The Saskatoon Community Foundation embraces the challenging yet rewarding task of listening to the many unique voices in our community. We understand that a community is richer when we support diversity, facilitate partnerships, and respond to issues illuminated by the people in our community as they come together to speak collectively.

2015 Annual Report

2015 marked the beginning of some very big changes for the Saskatoon Community Foundation. We began the process of transitioning from our long-time Executive Director Trevor Forrest to our new ED Carm Michalenko and we also welcomed Administrative Coordinator Elaine Lozinski to the staff.
